SMPP Integration

SMPP protocol is an open, industry standard protocol designed to provide a flexible data communications interface for transfer of short message data between a Message Center, such as a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC), GSM Unstructured Supplementary Services Data (USSD) Server or other type of Message Center and a SMS application system, such as a WAP Proxy Server, EMail Gateway or other Messaging Gateway.

HTTP Integration

Our HTTP API explains how to send and receive SMS messages via our SMS gateway using HTTP protocol. SMS messages are sent using HTTP(port 80) or HTTPs(port 443) calls of our API. The API supports both GET or POST calls. To send the same message to multiple handsets in one single HTTP/S request you will need to comma separate the mobile numbers (up to 20 numbers with an HTTP GET and 30 with HTTP POST).

USSD Integration

With our USSD API, you will be able to connect to the our USSD Server/Gateway using XML language via HTTP protocol. The following sections describe the XML messages needed to handle a mobile initiated dialog with external applications. The communication is based on the HTTP 1.1 protocol using POST requests. InterVas USSD Server plays the role of proxy between USSD subscriber and the 3rd party service provider.

CloudSMS setup

Our CloudSMS self-service guide describes in detail all the use case scenarios of our Web based portal. It details how to send to a single subscriber/number, how to send to a group of users in bulk, how to create senderIDs,. how to customize your account, how to prepare a file when sending from file among others.
